The Comp-Tac Trojan Horse

Many of the citizens with whom we share this great republic do not feel as comfortable around firearms as we might. While many concerns are typically unfounded, being a responsible neighbor is part and parcel of being a conscientious shooter and a good citizen. When you need to transport your long guns through spaces which may cause alarm in others, Comp-Tac has just the tool to keep the less durable members of the community placated.

The Comp-Tac Trojan Horse Long Gun Case is rated to carry up to 35 pounds. Rigid side panels prevent printing so you can transport a long gun unobtrusively and comfortably. Two central carrying handles make for easy portage, while an adjustable padded shoulder strap distributes modest loads. Two zippered pockets on the inside manage ammo and accessories, and the whole rig looks more like a tennis racquet carrier than a gun case. MOLLE attachments and Velcro on the inside help keep everything organized.

The shoulder strap sports a quick disconnect on both ends, and a tactical speed pull attachment attaches the strap to the zipper. With a spot of practice you can activate the speed pull, drop the case, and have your rifle out and ready in a flash. The case is 36 inches long, 15 inches wide, and 4 inches deep, so it will accommodate most any weapon with a collapsible stock and a barrel less than 20 inches long. Whether you are bugging out in the face of the inevitable zombie onslaught, administratively transporting your favorite black rifle across town, or heading off for a pleasant afternoon at the range, the Comp-Tac Trojan Horse Long Gun Case lets you come and go without alarming your nosy leftist neighbor with the annoying yappy dog and chronically poor hygiene. The case is of superb quality and will set you back around $45.
