WOOX Superleggera
“High Grade” American Walnut Stocks
WOOX has expanded its Superleggera line with a new “High Grade” series of bolt-action rifle stocks, crafted from select American walnut and designed as a drop-in upgrade that requires no gunsmithing.
Each stock set is matched for grain and contrast, with WOOX noting the limited supply of higher-grade walnut means production will be constrained. According to the company, no two stocks are identical, giving each one a distinct appearance.
The Superleggera platform focuses on reducing weight while maintaining rigidity. The stock weighs between 33 and 35 oz., placing it on the lighter end of wood-stock options for bolt-action rifles.
Fitment includes several popular models: CZ 457, Howa 1500, Remington 700, Ruger 10/22, Tikka T3, Savage 110 and Ruger American.
Adjustability is built in. Length of pull ranges from 13.5″ to 14.5″ using the included spacers. The stock also features an adjustable cheek riser and a vertically adjustable recoil pad to help shooters fine-tune fit.
WOOX reports test groups as small as .278 MOA, though results will vary depending on rifle, ammunition and shooter. The stock installs without bedding or pillars, making it a straightforward upgrade for most users.
The Superleggera “High Grade” stocks are available in limited quantities through dealers and direct from WOOX.
