5.11 Igor Solid Long Sleeve Shirt
Talk about a road test! I used the 5.11 Igor Solid Long Sleeve Shirt through about 7,000 miles of travel — and counting — and have to say it’s my current favorite long sleeve shirt.
The shirt isn’t flashy and doesn’t sport any tacti-cool features such as molle strips or non-functional D-rings, but if you’re looking for a shirt that doesn’t call attention to its wearer aside from being “nice looking,” the 5.11 Igor Solid is a good choice.
The front closure uses rugged snaps, allowing quick access to pistols or whatever you might have stashed around your waist. It has a straight lower hem, which looks fine untucked, or you can tuck it in for a more-professional look. I’ve also field-tested the 60/40 cotton/polyester blend material with several applications of sauces and gravies. So far, there are no stains, not even an oily spot from the heavy salad dressing in Prague. Essentially, this shirt is great for everyday wear and travel.
